Noble Sky is the creative brainchild of Microgaming and Neon Valley Studios. They bring us to the futuristic yet retro Steampunk era, where the wealthy want to pursue even greater riches by chasing after a vault filled with treasures. But the joke is on them; the vault only opens with certain keys.
Video Noble Sky™ – Microgaming
Steampunk slot games are not unseen, and the typical storyline is an adventurer/inventor who is on a quest of discovery. Noble Sky is similar in a way but has much better graphics than other games we’ve seen out there.
Noble Sky features a grid suspended in mid sky, with gears around the border and what seems to be the vault just a little to your left. With a 5×3 grid and 25 paylines, Noble Sky has a pretty standard setup, but let’s take a look at the finer details to determine whether this game is a big payer.
Noble Sky Details
The RTP (return to player) for Noble Sky is quite standard, sitting nicely at 96.12%. Paired with 25 pay ways, the game isn’t looking too shabby so far. The betting range is a little lower than standard, from 0.25 - 50, but the max jackpot is enticing enough at 5,000x your initial bet, which means the max winning can get up to a quarter of a million dollars.

What players will be happy to know is that the game features a low to medium volatility, which means your chances at the jackpot increase that much more. The hit rate is at 44.45%, which is nearly half! This translates to every other spin giving you a taste of the big jackpot.
All in all, the chances aren’t bad; they give the players a fair shake, and the detailed and well-done graphics and visuals accompany you every step of the way. So far, Noble Sky looks like a winner.
Features
Noble Sky is split into two different categories, the base game, and the bonus game. The wild is in the form of an airship or a blimp, and it can expand and fully cover the whole reel to give you a respin.
You can count the number of respins you get by counting how many reels the wild can move to the left. Once it hits the furthest one, the respins stop. While you’re having respins, you can also increase the multiplier trail feature. Out of 1 - 5 respins, you get 1, 2, 3, 5, 10x the multiplier, but you won’t see coin or wild symbols during the multiplier trail.

Lastly, the Vault bonus releases all the gold coins in the little vault to your left. You accumulate coins by gathering ones that are attached to regular symbols. Every time a coin is collected, there is a chance of triggering the vault payout. When the vault is triggered, the grid clears and is replaced with 12 coins.
Verdict
We can always go for games that have higher jackpots - the higher, the better. But with what Noble Sky has to offer, we are quite impressed with its features and the opportunity it gives to players. With a very reasonable RTP, hit rate, and volatility rating, Noble Sky is one for new players and seasoned ones.
